Who am I?
My name is Archie Potts, and I’m at home behind a lens. I’ve had cameras in my hands for as long as I can remember, my first DSLR arrived when I was ten. Photography has always been a way for me to fold fine art into everyday life, whether that means travelling off the beaten track to find art in nature, or using the limitations of a camera to capture something as intangible as a sound.
I’ve always been drawn to street photography, creating artefacts that hold a moment in time forever. The chaos of the street sits beautifully against the quiet, serene landscapes I find elsewhere. I’m comfortable shooting instinctively in the moment, but just as at ease building a controlled studio environment for something more deliberate.

About me…
I’m a photographer based in the South East of England. I started shooting as a challenge to make beauty simply by framing the world. That curiosity has developed into a calm and considerate methodology when a camera is in my hands.
I work with a simple, intentional style that focuses on clean composition, natural light, and honest detail. Whether I’m capturing a split second street photo or slowly building an interior shot. I create images that are calm, refined, and quietly expressive.
